Coffs Harbour City Council has outdated laws for pet owners letting their dogs bark for as long as they please. You can also own as many dogs as you like in this town in the residential areas. It’s no wonder this town progresses at such a slow rate compared to that of many other areas. Dinosaurs still roam in Coffs Harbour. What would the tourists visiting this town be thinking you’d have to say?
